ZK-502 / ZK-1002 Amplifier Flush Mount Plate

Simple no nonsense surface flush mount plate. Will work for ZK-502 and ZK-1002 amps. I have provided a version for both the MT and T versions.

** Please note there are two amp versions! Check which model variant you have to be sure of what you have!  There is a compact version with MT at the end of the name. And the standard size version that only has T. 

Simple design, with option for dual/ multiple colors if desired. The main body and each text element are separate bodies to allow easy color changes. The model is also drawn to reduce color changes to a minimum (only 2 changes required). The back side of the plate has a relieve cut where you can seal the hole with a sealant if desired. The text has also been modified to allow for better printing. The 3MF file provided is already prepared to make printing easy if you have a multi material printer or are printing on a simple machine with a single nozzle/material.

To install the amp into the plate, remove the knobs, unscrew the lock nuts on the pots and slide the amp into the plate. Then tighten the jamb nuts and reinstall the knobs.

Mounting distance between the screw holes on the smaller MT model is 77.5mm, the larger T model is 87.5mm, slot size for the amp in your mounting surface should be just big enough for the amp to fit through. Can be used with or without the top and bottom finish plates provided with amp.
