10:1 Adhesive Dispenser Plunger (S-Type Cartridge Mod)

I bought a cheap ELNLE 2K glue gun from Amazon, but it doesn’t work with Hi-Macs adhesive cartridges (which normally require a proper MIXPAC S-Type dispenser).

Instead of buying a new gun, I made this custom 10:1 plunger so the cheap gun can push S-Type cartridges.

It fits Hi-Macs cartridges perfectly and should work with other solid surface adhesive cartridges that use the same format.

Small modification required:

You’ll need to cut out a bit of the side of the gun to allow the cartridge to sit slightly offset. It’s a quick and simple mod, nothing complicated.
