SAM 232 Alto Cornetto

This instrument is from a measurement done by Die Zinken Und Der Serpent by Beatrix Darmstadter. The book was published by Sammlung alter Musikinstrumente – Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.

The initial instrument was created either the 16th or 17th century by the Bassanos.

I segmented the model into 3 so that it would be 3d printable on common machines.

There is also a mouthpiece included as well, as a separate freecad/stl.

I modeled the connector parts as octagons, so that they could be epoxied together as a whole single piece. 

And for cured resin safety, I have been using https://atomadhesives.com/aa-bond-fda15-food-drug-administration-medical-grade-epoxy-adhesive/ as the mouthpiece coating in order to increase bio-safety. I'm not getting anything from them. Other companies were "ask for quote".
