Storage Bin Divider (Akro-Mils)

I made these at work for someone in the Production group. Basically, it's pulling teeth to get the stock person to order these dividers special so I was asked to make them since we have a printer at work now and it's not being used regularly.

I only made the types for the bins on one rack. I have seen several that all have slightly different shapes and fitting edges. There is one more larger bin that I may add later, but I had to reinforce the 40-140 (which may not be the real number since we don't have any of these for me to copy)

I labeled each part so if they decided they needed more for other racks, they would know exactly what number they needed.

No infringement intended with Akro-Mils, if you can get the real parts, you probably should. These were made to help someone who couldn't get them unless he bought them himself.

EDIT: 02/04/2020 Revised the 40-140. It needed greater strength to support parts in the bin across such a long gap.

EDIT: 12/22/2021 Added a rough 40-150 by request. It's a slab, all the other bin dividers have thicker top sections and thinner bottoms. I don't have access to this bin to test, so it is based on the dimensions provided.
