Idler Wheel for XYZ Da Vinci 1.0

I designed this wheel based on the aluminum wheel that comes standard with the XYZ Da Vinci. I own two printers and both have had failures with this part. I previously attempted to re-design the whole plate to accept a bearing. This design is intended to be made with a resin printer. I recently got an Anycubic Photon and decided to try to make a replacement wheel.

There are two versions. The STD version is a direct wheel replacement, I personally prefer the larger version which will prevent the deflection on the wheel that caused the wear to begin with. One of my machines is currently printing with one of these installed.

EDIT: 9/28/19 I've been printing on both my Da Vinci's for just about a month at 70mm/s with no feed issues or clicking. I'm more concerned about the life of the belts now.

EDIT: 3/29/2020 I started printing at 100mm/s around Christmas time. It's been going strong for months with no feed issues. I did have to up the temps to 230 on the nozzle. I plan on letting it run until I hit close to the year mark and then I'll take it apart and see if there's any wear on the resin wheel.

EDIT: 3/6/2021 (See image with idler on the Da Vinci spring bracket) I had my first feed issues, but not sure if it was the filament or the idler wheel. I took it all apart and cleaned out the nozzle. The idler had caked up with some ground filament, but once I brushed it off it was fine. I inspected the spring bracket and idler wheel. There is no damage or wear visible on either. The grease I applied when I installed it was still more than adequate. Put it back together and it purged fine. I'm thinking it was the filament, but only time will tell.
