Description
A panel I designed to fit into the top (above door) part of my greenhouse.
Can't promise it will fit other greenhouses.
By default it's 598mm in width edge-to-edge, and about 223mm from base to tip, 4mm thick, and the top slanted edges meet at a 110 degree angle.
It features slanted slats to help keep rain and dirt out, and reducing harsh wind while allowing air to flow through.
It's intended to be fixed to a greenhouse with standard W clips.
It's a large print, so designed to be split in half in the slicer, hence the solid middle part. Even then you may need a print bed on the larger size to print each half.
I joined my together by "welding" the parts together with a soldering iron, across both sides.
I'd advise printing in at least PETG (which is what I've used) as PLA won't hold up to the sun for very long.
You may want to adjust the model/sizes, I've included a STEP file for easier modification.
I probably could have done with making it taller for my greenhouse (with maybe an extra lower ridge on the inside side) to help rest and seal against the frame, but it's not a big deal and would have still secured fine with just w clips, although I also used a spacer I had to help lift the base up.
