• Hand Brace — ergonomic arm support with finger hole, anchors to the hex mesh

• Central Water Cup — fits into the spool's center ring, holds water or medium

• Small Paint Well — for concentrated colors

• Large Paint Well — for mixing or larger amounts

• Mixer Tray — elongated double-hex tray for blending colors

• Brush Holder — multiple diameter holes for different brush sizes

• Palette Knife Holder — slot designed to hold palette knives by the neck

• Paper/Reference Clip — keeps your sketch or reference visible while you work

🎨 Recommended Materials

• PLA+ — great for acrylic and watercolor. Lightweight and easy to print.

• PETG — recommended for oil painting or any technique using aggressive solvents. More chemical resistant than PLA.

• ⚠ If using oil paints or mineral spirits, avoid PLA — it may degrade over time. PETG is the safer choice for those mediums.

This project was printed in PLA+ for demonstration purposes.

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

• Infill: Gyroid at 10–15% for all pieces

• Walls: 2–3 walls for all pieces

• Supports: Print wells on their side with minimal supports

• Material: PLA+ for light use, PETG for heavy/chemical use

• ⚠ CRITICAL SETTING: For the Central Water Cup, please enable Elephant Foot Compensation (approx. 0.2mm) in your slicer. This part has a very precise fit with the spool's center ring, and any first-layer "squish" will make assembly difficult.

🔧 Assembly

All pieces press-fit directly into the Prusament spool hex pattern. No tools required. The central cup sits in the spool's center ring by gravity (ensure the elephant foot compensation is applied for a smooth drop-in fit).

This is Version 1.0 — tolerances are calibrated for an Ender 3 V2 but your feedback is essential to fine-tune v1.1.

  Technical Note: In the demonstration photos, you will see that the side of the spool is pink. Since Prusament is not directly distributed in Chile, I printed the official Prusa plate to validate the tolerances and demonstrate the actual operation of the modules. The system is fully compatible with both original factory spools and printed versions.

• Soporte de Mano — soporte ergonómico con orificio para el dedo, se ancla en la malla hexagonal

• Vaso Central — encaja en el anillo central del carrete, para agua o médium

• Pocillo Pequeño — para colores concentrados

• Pocillo Grande — para mezclar o mayores cantidades

• Bandeja Mezcladora — bandeja doble hexagonal alargada para mezclar colores

• Porta Pinceles — agujeros de distintos diámetros para diferentes grosores de pincel

• Porta Espátulas — ranura diseñada para sostener espátulas de paleta por el cuello

• Clip para Referencia — mantiene tu boceto o referencia visible mientras trabajas

🎨 Materiales Recomendados

• PLA+ — ideal para acrílico y acuarela. Liviano y fácil de imprimir.

• PETG — recomendado para pintura al óleo o técnicas con solventes agresivos. Más resistente químicamente que el PLA.

• ⚠ Si usas óleos o aguarrás, evita el PLA — puede degradarse con el tiempo. El PETG es la opción más segura para esos medios.

Este proyecto fue impreso en PLA+ para demostración.

🖨 Ajustes de Impresión Recomendados

• Relleno: Gyroid al 10–15% para todas las piezas

• Paredes: 2–3 paredes para todas las piezas

• Soportes: Imprime los pocillos de canto con soportes mínimos

• Material: PLA+ para uso liviano, PETG para uso intensivo o químico

• ⚠ AJUSTE CRÍTICO: Para el Vaso Central, activa la Compensación de Pata de Elefante (aprox. 0.2mm) en tu laminador. Esta pieza tiene un calce muy preciso con el anillo central del carrete, y cualquier ensanchamiento de la primera capa dificultará el montaje.

🔧 Ensamblaje

Todas las piezas encajan a presión directamente en el patrón hexagonal del carrete Prusament. El vaso central descansa en el anillo central del carrete por gravedad (asegúrate de aplicar la compensación de pata de elefante para un calce suave).

🗣 Comunidad y Actualizaciones

Esta es la Versión 1.0 — las tolerancias están calibradas para una Ender 3 V2 pero tu feedback es esencial para afinar la v1.1.

Nota técnica : En las fotos de demostración verán que el lateral del carrete es de color rosado. Debido a que en Chile no contamos con distribución directa de Prusament, imprimí el plato oficial de Prusa para poder validar las tolerancias y demostrar el funcionamiento real de los módulos. El sistema es totalmente compatible tanto con carretes originales de fábrica como con versiones impresas.
