Description
In the past we just had a simple rectangular box and all our keys were just thrown into it.
You always searched for the keys on the bottom of the box. XD
Thats why i created an own model with multiple plains to group the keys.
Now its much better organized.
I printed the organizer box on my Bambu Lab P1S with the following settings:
Material: PLA from Qidi Tech in Cedar Brown (Wood Rapido)
Nozzle-Temp: 220°C
Bed-Temp: 55°C (Bambu Lab Textured PEI)
Support: Yes (normal)
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer Height: 0,2mm
Infill: 10% (3D honeycomb)
Wall Loops: 2
Wall Generator: Standard
Bottom and Top Shell Layers: 4
Initial Layer Speed: 75mm/s
Outer Wall Speed: 200mm/s
Inner Wall Speed: 300mm/s
Infill Speed: 250mm/s
Travel Speed: 500mm/s
Fan Speed: 100%
Brim: 10mm
I printed the part rotated by 45° on the x-axis and put one manual support line in the middle of it (in the front and on the back).
So no other support was needed for all the overhangs.
Sadly my first print had a layer-shift in the middle of the print-process.
You can see it on the photos.
But don't worry, other prints worked fine. ^^
Feel free to scale it to fit your needs and have fun with it.

The holes in the back plate can be used to screw it on some wall or maybe in some shelve or cupboard.
