Half Moon Washer / Furniture Connector (M8)

I ordered a set of furniture connectors and the pack was missing one of these half moon washers.  Rather than deal with the supplier, I just printed one which will work just fine.

This one is for an M8 threaded rod, the bore diameter is 37mm .. very close to 1-1/2".  Measures: 26mm long, 14mm tall and 6.3mm thick.  hole diameter for the rod is 8.1mm.

Print settings:

• 100% solid part by increasing wall loops (10)

• print flat side down .. this way layer lines won't split under pressure.

• don't use PLA .. it creeps under pressure.  Prefer PETG.  I printed with PETG-CF.

• I opted for 0.08mm layer height for a smooth top.

I included the Fusion file to adjust.
