Bulkhead‑Style Drain Fitting
This is a compact bulkhead‑style drain fitting designed for clean, reliable pass‑through drainage in enclosures, tanks, coolers, or custom 3D‑printed projects. The fitting installs through a 1.5‑inch hole, with the internal drain port sized at 1 inch for smooth flow.
I added this to a 25 gallon wash tub to decrease drain time.
The bulkhead threads measure 0.75 inches tall, giving you enough engagement for secure tightening without requiring excessive wall thickness.
Gaskets are optional — the fitting can be used as‑is for non‑pressurized applications, or you can print your own TPU gaskets for a watertight seal.
