Description
The Local youth Jugger team has a field without means to wind them quickly, so i made this to help. This is Version 1, let's see if we need to make adjustments on it.
Our Belts are 30mm wide, i made the tube insert part 32mm wide, to make winding the belt go easier.
Either use a NEW Prusament Spool or prepare the old spools like this:
Prepare the Spool by separating the 2 halves and by sawing or cutting off the protrusion that holds onto the cardboard tube
Materials Used (per spool)
2x M5 Nut (i used safety locking nuts)
2x 625zz bearings (the ones included in V-Rollers)
1x DIN 912 (machine screw) M5x50
1x DIN 7991 (countersunk screw) M5x20
1x Prusament Refill spool
What to do:
Print all of the parts
2x Crank
2x Spool flanges
1x Centertube
press the bearings into the spool flanges
(i glued the spool flanges to the spools)
put the Nuts into the Cranks
put the centertube between the spool halves and screw them together with the M5x50 screw
Lock the screw in place with one of the cranks
put the countersunk screw through a big hole in the spool and screw the remaining crank onto it
