Sega ST-V Sound Board Mount for Lions3 Acrylic Case (by Clint Kolodziej)

This is a mounting solution for the Sega ST-V Sound Board, designed to fit in the Lions3 acrylic case with the Darksoft Dark Knight Multi (as it will obstruct the cartridge slot).

Additional Notes:

- The Lions3 case I designed for didn't have the cutout for the LCD selector that was offered in later revisions. Adjustments can be made to increase the standoff heights to account for the extra space needed for that selector, such as replace 70mm and 20mm standoffs used on the left and right sides of the case with 90mm and 40mm standoffs.

- Due to the added height of the case, and the value of all included parts I switched from using 3d printed standoffs to aluminum standoffs to ensure there are no accidental breaks on a 3d printed part that could cause catastrophic failure of the case. Go ahead and make some 3d printed standoffs if you are comfortable doing so and can print with more structurally sound materials, this guide should get you most of the way there.

When printing this I used PLA+ with the following overrides to the defaults in Cura:

• - Top Layers: 5

• - Bottom Layers: 5

• - Wall Line Count: 6

• - Infill Density: 60

• - Supports: Tree (Touching Build Plate), only needed on Fan mount

Depending on your material the above may or may not be needed, I found default settings with PLA+ didn't provide the rigidity that I required.

• M3 aluminum spacers (these are technically washers, but when placed upside down against the case or PCB they act as spacers)
