Wagner Paint Sprayer - 800mL Container and Lid - 0413909 - W100 W150 W200 W300 Series

Container, lid, and lid gasket (print in TPU) to suit Wagner Paint Sprayers, series W100 W150 W200 W300 (e.g. W350 which I have).

I would highly recommend sealing the inside of the container with epoxy resin. I used 24g resin and 8g hardener for my 3:1 ratio epoxy.

Print the gasket seal in TPU for its squish with 99 walls (to make it "solid") to minimise holes.

Designed in Fusion 360 using a custom Thread.

I print mine with 0.4mm nozzle, PETG, 4 walls (stronger threads), 0.16mm layers.
