Description
I wanted to securely mount my Olimex ESP32-POE-ISO-EA and its WiFi/Bluetooth antenna to my Strong FS AV Rack so I could use it as an ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy for the Home Assistant SVS Subwoofer Integration.
Design and print a custom mount that achieves the following objectives:
Fully parametric providing customization of all dimensions
Supports not required
No post-processing
Looks good
The Fusion file is included. You can customize the parameters (DESIGN | SOLID | MODIFY | Change Parameters) as necessary. When you open the Parameters dialog, first sort by name. The parameters most optimized for customization are favorited and commented in detail to help you. The non-favorited parameters should work as well but may require more tinkering to repair broken downstream features.
Of course, you can edit any of the features in the timeline including the antenna placement. I have included a high, medium, and low position in the sketch and the default extrusion uses the high position.

I prototyped on a Prusa CORE One.
Confirm the RJ45 module fits in both parts
Confirm the antenna fits
(optional) Insert the heat set inserts
Glue the bracket to the plate using the pegs to properly index the RJ45 port
Install the board
Install and connect the antenna
Mount to your AV rack
