MOLLE / PALS 1 to 2 Column Adapter (revised)

This adapter solves a simple but annoying problem: mounting a 2-column MOLLE straps onto a single-column MOLLE strap.

The design uses:

• a front plate with 2 MOLLE columns for the pouch,

• a rear tongue that slides into the existing 1-column MOLLE area,

• holes for mounting: screws or thin paracord

I designed it specifically as a practical bridge between incompatible MOLLE layouts.

The model is intended as a functional field part, because MOLLE tolerances vary between brands, this should be treated as a test-fit design first.

The basic set is the plate + 25 mm wide tongue. You can also print separately.

There are 2 tongues to choose from:
- 25 mm wide
- 35 mm wide

You may want to slightly adjust tongue width, thickness, or hook size depending on your gear.

Recommended materials are PETG, ASA, or Nylon/PA. I do not recommend PLA for real outdoor or load-bearing use.
