Fully Printable Slim Wallet Remix – 6/8/10 Cards + Coins (No Hardware)

Description

This is an ultra-slim, fully 3D printable wallet, inspired by some of the best designs out there — especially the great work by MAXX and others.

The main goal was simple:
👉 Make it slimmer, more practical, and completely hardware-free.

By tightening tolerances in the cash compartment and slightly increasing the internal height (~+1 mm), this version can now fit coins as well, without significantly increasing overall thickness.

On top of that, I’ve added:

• 8-card and 10-card versions

• Fully 3D printed pins replacing M2 screws → no hardware needed

Sizes

(Based on MAXX reference: 101.5 × 63.2 × 13 mm)

• 6 cards: 14 mm thick

• 8 cards: 16 mm thick

• 10 cards: 18 mm thick

All other dimensions remain compact and pocket-friendly.

Assembly

• Use the included printed pins instead of M2 screws

• Press-fit assembly — no tools required

• Optional: use metal screws if preferred or a drop of superglue in each hole after pressing in the pins

Notes

• Coin capacity depends on coin size

• Tolerances are optimized — printer calibration matters

• PETG recommended for durability
