🛠 PRINTING PROTOCOLS
Aesthetics: Optimized for any material. Standard Color Scheme: black frame with high-vis blue and red accents; white specimen
Hardware: All V-XL modules utilize M3 x 8mm screws and M3 square nuts (5.5 x 5.5 x 2.6mm) for fastening.
Specs: 0.4mm nozzle recommended. Use a brim to ensure structural integrity and prevent warping when printing the base.
This module is divided into several files.
—First, print the 4 "Base" files (Standard Color Scheme: black). They do not need supports, but a brim can help stabilize the base onto the printer’s plate.
— Fasten the Base modules with M3 x 8mm screws and M3 square nuts (5.5 x 5.5 x 2.6mm)
— Then print the Diamond (x4) and all the Inlay files (S.C.S.: blue or red). You will need to print Diamond inlay 4 times ; glue all the inlays into the Base
— Then print all the "specimen“ in files (S.C.S.: white). You should not need supports normally.
— Glue the specimen to the base
