Stamp_short is more flat (lowered base) but may be harder to use. You can save around 25% of filament printing short version (maybe even more, depending on your slicer options).

Be carefull. The more sticky dough the harder to get clean lines
And the easiest way to make this cookies is to cut the shape with outline, put 'stamp' inside and mark the lines by gently pushing it in - The harder you push the more visible lines

Versions of front view model:

  • 'outline' - only a contour of the minifigure ; you can use it with a 'stamp' (cut the contour, put 'stamp' inside, remove 'outline' with help of a 'stamp' and mark the lines with a 'stamp')
  • 'outline-supported' - the same but with additional supports for more sturdy shape. You can use it with a stamp, but put it inside before cutting the shape
  • 'stamp' - as written above ; it can help even if you want just a contour, flip it flat face down then
  • 'short' - base if flattened so it will use little less fialment (by around 25% or even more)

Be carefull especially when using 'normal' cutter. Sometimes it may be hard to not ruin the hands.

A note:
Models are changed a little compared to what you see on the photos. There is no double lines between arms and hands or on the neck, there is an additional line on legs (where the rounded part ends on the real minifigure) and I filled the holes between the legs (too hard to clean up) or between body and hands (not really noticable on photos but they were there)

UPDATE 12 12 2023
Base of outline is thicker for easier cutting
Changed from logo to simple text on the stamp for easier printing
Removed the oldest models (that was changed later for easier handling)

---

Made for 0.4mm nozzle (you can use 0.8 too). There should be 2 lines on top in outline version.
Printed with 0.2mm layer hight.
10-20% infill
No supports needed

Printed with 20% Skin overlap percentage

You may need to set Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion to -0.1 if you set your nozzle closer to the bed for better adhesion - this should guarantee that the stamp will freely move inside outline without the need of cutting the edges with a knife

Butter cookies recipe
300g (~10.6 oz) wheat flour
150g (~5,3oz) butter
70g (~2,5oz) powdered sugar
1 egg, cold
1 small flat spoon of baking powder
pinch of salt

You can add 30g (~1oz) of cocoa for chocolate taste. Use 30g (~1oz) LESS flour and 10g (~0.33oz) MORE sugar then

Mix everything until fully combined. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Then knead it for a while, pin out the dough to around 5mm (~0.4") and cut the shapes with cookie cutter.

Bake with 180C (~355F) - with both top and bottom heaters on - for few minutes (depends on dough thickness, oven and it's settings) - I baked mine for about 6-7min. Pull them out when they will get a darker color on top.
