Print Settings:

• Material: PLA or PETG

• Walls: 4 minimum

• Infill: 20% Cubic

• Layer height: 0.16mm recommended — lower height improves strength and sharpens the ridge detail on the scraping edge

• Supports: No

Notes: This design went through several iterations to get the geometry right. Lower layer height makes a noticeable difference on the serrated edge — worth the extra print time. PLA works fine in mild winters but can become brittle in very cold climates. If you're regularly scraping in temperatures below -10°C, print in PETG for better cold weather performance.
