Always ensure that the outdoor unit is securely attached to the steel cable provided by the manufacturer. This is a critical safety feature to prevent the unit from falling.

This model is a custom-designed support foot for the outdoor bracket of the Midea PortaSplit air conditioner.

It allows the bracket to be securely placed on an exterior window sill, especially in cases where the sill is very wide and the distance to the building wall is too large to use the original support legs effectively.

Use Case

This model is particularly useful for windows with:

• very wide exterior window sills

• large distance between sill and facade

Printing Notes

• Recommended material: PETG or even better ASA (for outdoor durability)

• Infill: 30–50%

• Increase wall thickness to at least 4 loops for added strength

• Print orientation: The long side of the foot should lie flat on the print bed (align the layers with the main load direction)
