100mm Air Duct Flow Control Splitter

This system lets you quickly switch the airflow of your 100 mm air ducts between two directions. The integrated arrow, which also serves as the handle, clearly indicates the current airflow path at a glance.

Magnets hold the internal flap securely in position and provide a satisfying “click” when changing direction.

Assembly is simple: glue the magnets into their slots and fasten the parts using M3 × 6 mm countersunk screws. Be careful not to overtighten the screws, as this may prevent the flap from moving freely.

You will need:

• 18× M3 × 6 mm countersunk screws

• 12× round magnets (5 mm diameter × 1 mm thickness)
