Plaster Float 245x140mm

Designed to be max length to print across Core One.

The initial prototype suffered a slight warping on one corner. To improve reliability I've modeled in mouse-ears and included 25mm-spaced 0.5mm channels through the inside to reduce the chances of that recurring. It appears to have done the job.

Print with snug supports to hold up the handle. I used eSun white PLA, 10% gyroid infill & 3 perimeters in the example in these photos.
