To ensure the tool is strong enough for real-world use, please follow these print settings:
Material: PETG is highly recommended. It provides the necessary layer adhesion, impact resistance, and slight flexibility needed for the collet jaws and threaded parts to function perfectly without snapping.
Infill: Honeycomb pattern is highly recommended for optimal strength-to-weight ratio and structural integrity during twisting motions.
Infill Density: 15-20% (depending on how heavy-duty you want it to be).
Wall/Perimeter count: Minimum of 2-3 walls to reinforce the threaded sections and the collets.
Supports: Designed to be printed completely support-free!
Alongside the individual STL files, ready-to-print profiles (3MF) are included to save you time and ensure the best tolerances right off the build plate.
