Core One Direct Feed Spool Holder

Highly abrasive materials like Prusament PETG Ultraglow can destroy PTFE tube pretty fast, so i designed top spool stand for direct filament feed. The model is combination of other things I already use including magnetic top cover frame. You can easily remove the top cover and put the holder on the printer instead of it. There is also spool brake to keep the filament stretched.

Next to the printed components you also need:

• 10x screw DIN912 M3x8

• 10x M3 square nut

• 8x Neodymium magnet 20x6x2

• Optional short piece of PTFE tube, see the cover picture

Please reuse the .3mf setup. I printed all in PETG 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle.

Top Stand Left/Right

• Pause print and insert magnets at height 3.2 mm

• Pause print and insert M3 square nuts at height 146.2 mm, for back part (shared plate with Top Stand Right) insert M3 square nuts also at height 4.2 mm
