PrusaSign is a modular wall sign system that uses the Prusament spool plate as its structural core. The plate's rigid geometry acts as a natural backbone for the signs, adding stiffness and durability that a standalone printed disc simply can't match. Swap signs in seconds, mount anywhere, customize endlessly.
Use it anywhere — your business, your home, your studio, your door. Every space deserves a sign that's yours. Customize it, print it, own it.

💡 The Prusament plate adds real rigidity. The sign clips onto the plate ring, and the plate's structural geometry stiffens the whole assembly — making it more durable than a printed disc alone.

The Ring (plate-ring.stl) Clips directly onto the edge of the Prusament spool plate using 6 flexible edge clips — no tools, no glue. Just press and snap. The back face of the ring has enough width to fit a standard LED strip for optional backlighting.
The Hex Rear Anchor (hex-rear-anchor.stl) Passes through a hexagon on the Prusament plate from behind, connecting to the matching hexagon socket on the back of the sign. This locks the sign to the plate securely while keeping it easy to swap.
The Signs Each sign has a hexagon socket on the back that receives the hex rear anchor. The Prusament plate sits between the ring and the sign, adding rigidity to the whole assembly.
Wall Mounting Options
ring-mount.stl — Hanging mount that slides into the rectangular slot on the ring. Designed for open/closed style signs — hang from a door handle, hook, or any display point. Not for wall mounting.
L-wall-mount.stl — L-shaped bracket that slides into the ring slot. Can hang on shelves, ledges, hooks, or mount flat to the wall with 3M tape or an M4 screw.
Rope/string — The ring slot also accepts a cord or string for hanging freely from a nail or hook.
Key Hook Accessory (key-hook-accessory.stl) Hooks onto the Prusament plate hexagons from below. Hang keys, headphones, lanyards — anything lightweight. Turns PrusaSign into a functional entryway station.
The back face of the plate ring has enough width to fit a standard LED strip. No modifications needed. Completely optional — the system works perfectly without it.

💡 El plato Prusament añade rigidez real. El letrero se clipea al anillo del plato, y la geometría estructural del plato rigidiza todo el conjunto — más duradero que un disco impreso solo.

El Anillo (plate-ring.stl) Se clipea directamente al borde del plato Prusament con 6 clips flexibles — sin herramientas ni pegamento. La cara trasera del anillo (la que queda hacia la pared) tiene el ancho suficiente para una tira LED estándar de iluminación opcional.
El Hex Rear Anchor (hex-rear-anchor.stl) Pasa por un hexágono del plato desde atrás, conectándose con el socket hexagonal en la parte trasera del letrero. Fija el letrero al plato de forma segura y fácil de intercambiar.
Los Letreros Cada letrero tiene un socket hexagonal en la parte trasera que recibe el hex rear anchor. El plato Prusament queda entre el anillo y el letrero, rigidizando todo el conjunto.
Opciones de Montaje en Pared
ring-mount.stl — Soporte para colgar que desliza en la ranura del anillo. Diseñado para letreros tipo abierto/cerrado — cuelga de manillas de puerta, ganchos o cualquier punto de exhibición. No es para pared.
L-wall-mount.stl — Soporte en L que desliza en la ranura del anillo. Cuelga en repisas, bordes o se fija a la pared con cinta 3M o tornillo M4.
Cuerda/hilo — La ranura del anillo también acepta una cuerda para colgar libremente de un clavo o gancho.
Accesorio Gancho (key-hook-accessory.stl) Se engancha en los hexágonos del plato desde abajo. Cuelga llaves, auriculares, lo que quieras.
La cara trasera del anillo tiene el ancho suficiente para una tira LED estándar. Completamente opcional.
