Description
I damaged the roller ring in my microwave when attempting to clean it. I modeled this part to replace it.
Compatible with a number of microwaves from Sharp, Panasonic, Sony, Electrolux, etc.
I'd recommend printing this in ABS as it's more heat resistant than PLA and PETG. Mine is printed in PLA and it has held up for a few uses but this part isn't battle tested. I can't make any guarantee that it'll be a reliable part or that it won't deform in use. This CAD file is free. If you need guaranteed stability, reliability, fire safety, etc., buy the original part and use that. NO GUARANTEE IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. USE THIS PART AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- 20% infill (I made the post that contacts the motor 100%)
- ABS recommended (I used PLA as I had it to hand)
- 0.2mm layer height
- After print clean-up may be required where the rollers attach to the print.
