Wireless Charger Box

This is the pre cursor to the OPD Cart Charger

Just needed to make sure I got the general dimension correct for the wireless charger that I bought.

Found that it heats up in use so added spines/dimples on the top/bottom, increasing surface area and air flow.

Everything is a press fit.

Required Hardware

• 20W Charging Module Amazon Link | Aliexpress Link

• 4x M2 nuts

• 4x M2 washer

• 4x M2 X 16mm~20mm screws

• Optional: 12v Female barrel plug Amazon Link | Aliexpress Link

Install Instructions

1. Printed all the parts

2. Press fit the module into the middle bit, routing the barrel plus if installed in the channel.

3. Fit the middle piece into the box, placing the Wire cover into place as well.

4. Place the top on and screw into place, careful of the one screw that goes through the board.
