Doona X Brake Reinforcement Fix

The Doona X pram has a design flaw which can, under enough stress, cause the left brake pin to shear and stop working. To prevent/fix this a pair of reinforcement blocks have been designed that can better support the pin, working alongside the plastic rib that keeps it in alignment.

When gluing, make sure you put your adhesive (preferably epoxy) only on the outside edge of the reinforcements, and go nowhere near the brake mechanism or the wheels. Wait until dry to reassemble to avoid adhesive getting into the locking holes on the wheel, or the pin mechanism in the pram leg.
