Reamer jeweling press for watchmaker

Reamer press for watchmakers, similar to the Seitz-Bergeon press. This tool only uses the Seitz reamer holder shaft and the necessary reamers, drastically reducing investment costs.

For manufacturing, refer to the image in the slicer to see the orientation of the main parts, ensuring perpendicularity.

The base is secured with two M4x12 bolts and M4x8.5 inserts, and the reamer holder guide is adjusted with two M3x18 bolts and M3x5 inserts.

Resolution: 0,2mm - 0,25mm  

Wall thickness: 2mm

Infill: 20% 

Filament material: PETG 

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Print Settings for guide

Resolution: 0,1mm - 0,2mm  

Infill: 100%

Filament material: PETG but preferable PA12 (You can perform a reamed ligature to remove traces of the impression on the piece.)

Nozzle: 0.4mm
