Parametric Suntour Preload Cap - SF7 NEX 4000 - 25.4mm

Designed for a Suntour SF7-NEX-4000
Should fit most forks with 25.4mm stanchions if your measurements are:
- Stanchion inner diameter: 22.4mm
- Cap outer diameter: 23.2mm

Design files are fully parametric to fit any fork at onshape: (requires login)
- clock the Versions and history menu on the left & right click newest version to create a branch 
- on the right side open the Variable table menu
- cap_outer_thread_dia is probably what you'll want to adjust first to fit your fork

The cap can be printed with optional holes to press 1mm springsteel wire into.
This is to prevent layer seperation when tightening the cap.

Use a 19mm wrench and 8mm allen key to tighten.
