Token Dispenser: Calendar and Reminder System

I have designed this versatile token dispenser that can be used as a calendar, a reminder system, or a random token dealer for board games. You can easily adapt it to your specific needs.

Design:

This is a multipurpose system, perfect as a desktop organizer, appointment reminder, or custom gaming component. It allows you to display tokens with numbers, months, years, or custom icons (for games or specific tasks).

The main body features housings for heat-set inserts (M3 x 5.7 mm length), ensuring a solid and durable assembly.

You can download two sizes, to better suit your needs.

Assembly:

The cover is compatible with M3 screws (8 mm length), either button head or flat head.

A specific screw is included to attach the spring to the cover; different sizes are provided to match the spring you choose to use.

The cover includes a guide notch that must face the top of the system for a perfect fit.

The pressure mechanism is optimized for from 40 mm to 60 mm / 1.6 in long springs with an internal diameter of 10 mm / 0.4 in (recommended spring rate of 3.41 LBF/IN).

The system is flexible: you can use other springs to adjust the tension to your liking. Several mechanisms with different dimensions are provided to fit your specific spring size.

A joining clip is also included so you can connect multiple units and use them as a single piece.

Operation:

Using the system is very intuitive: simply insert the tokens through the slot to display them. To store them, you can use the small optional tray included in the files.
