Rancilio Silvia v6 v6E water outlet spout

Even with the silicone mod protection at the seam, if the drip tray is not pushed all the way back, water can run behind the base plate and cause the Silvia to rust. This nozzle guides the water into the tray, even if the tray is positioned slightly forward.

I used three 2.5x160 mm cable ties to secure it. You can use any length that is long enough to wrap around the part, but the width must be 2.5 mm.

Fasten the cable ties as shown in the pictures, alternating from right to left and hooking them onto the 3D-printed part.

Because the tolerances are tight, make sure the stock black spout is fully screwed in before installing this.

If installed correctly, you will not need to move or remove it in order to take out the drip tray.

I designed this for my Rancilio Silvia 6E with the red pump. It may also fit other versions.
