6"x9" to 6.5" Speaker Adapter

Fit a 6"x9" speaker in a 6.5" speaker hole.

Included four versions, a 1" spacer version (1 1/8" total height), a low profile 1/2" spacer version (5/8" total height), and open frame versions of both of these. The spacer distance is the distance between the top of the 6.5" mounting ring and the top of the 6"x9" mounting ring. The 6.5" mount is 1/8" thick. Included 1/4" and 1/8" spacers for deeper 6x9s.

Print Settings:

• I used a raft on the bottom with a 1mm margin to help with bed adhesion due to it being such a large part, but if you have a printer with proper bed leveling you can probably do without it

• 0.3mm layer height just to speed things up, it still took me 15 hrs

• 50% infill for a little bit of flexibility but erring on the side of strength to be able to hold the weight of a speaker when mounted vertically

• Will (barely) fit diagonally on a 220mm x 220mm print bed
