Works like Fox part 398-00-940. For 0.5" shaft.

Print in oil-resistant filament if you want to use it more than once. I recommend PETG. Pictures printed on 0.6mm nozzle, 0.3 layer height, out of PETG, then lightly sanded. It definitely needs sanded to smooth out the layer lines no matter how thin your layers are. Mine worked great at the published dimensions, but if you need, you can add 0.2mm to the largest diameter to account for material removed during sanding. If you want to do that, scale in your slicer to 101.6%.

Print on its nose and you won’t need supports. If you have problems with adhesion, you can print fat side down with classic supports.
