Anet E10 On-Frame Enclosure MK1 (2020 Extrusion)

This is very much so a WIP, please keep that in mind!

This is my take on redesigning the electronics enclosure for the Anet E10 3D printer. It features mounts for an SKR V1.3/4 board, Raspberry Pi 3 as well as cable management & an XT60E-M connector for easy PSU connection. More features to come soon, check below. I am currently completely re-building the printer using many designs from Thingiverse which you can see in the photos, links for them are below. Once the design is more or less complete I'll upload .STEP files for anyone to modify the design to their needs.

Planned Features:

• Finish enclosure & cover
• Mount for 60mm fan on enclosure cover
• Finish cable management ports
• Mount for BTT Mini UPS 12V (Maybe 24V)
• Mounting bracket for Raspberry Pi that uses M3 bolts instead of M2
• Heat-set inserts for some bolt holes to allow easy mounting

• 2x M4x10 Bolts for Rear Brace Bottom to mount to T-Slot Bolts
• 4x M4x12 Bolts for Rear Brace mounting to Main Base
• 4x M3x8 Bolts for SKR Mounting holes
• 2x M3x20 Bolts for Stepper Motor Wire Hold Down (Optional)
• 4x M2x6 Bolts for Raspberry Pi Mounting(WIP future M3 bolt Bracket)
• XT60E-M Panel Mount connector for connecting to PSU
• Zip Ties
• 12" Right Angle USB Cable (Optional)

Notes:

I'd recommend printing these parts in something relatively strong and heat resistant, though if you install the enclosure fan then even PLA would probably be fine.
