Wipe your Prusa Core One's nozzle before your prints to get cleaner results using the original Prusa Brass Nozzle Brush.

Before I used one of the many mods using the A1 silicone brushes. The holder got loose every few weeks and the adhesive under the silicon brush lost its stickiness over time too. So not ideal in the long run...

So why not use the best solution which as usual is provided by Prusa itself and just needs a holder to add it to your printer?

This is why I made this holder for the brush for my Prusa Core One printers. =)

The brush is pressed into the holder with the thin part of the brush first:

With 2 M3x12mm screws and 2x M3 (NyLock) nuts this holder will stay in place:

Prusa Slicer changes

Hardware needed

• 2x M3 NyLock nuts or "normal" M3 nuts if no NyLock ones available 

• 2x M3x12mm cylinder head screws 

• 1x Prusa Brass Nozzle Brush

Printing instructions

• 0.2 speed profile

• Wall perimeters: 5

• Supports fron the print bed needed

• No brim needed

• Adjust the Z angle of the print part to make it fit diagonally on the print bed
