A Candle in the Wind

Printer finally gave out. So I could not test this design. 
It is a single candle with a string/rope down the middle. Tied to a hanger bolt with 12 washers.
Tie a knot inside the candle, at the opening, so the candle is in a position relative to the Hanger washers.
