10" Rack Brackets / Under Desk Rack

Easy printed 10" Rack Brackets that can be used very easy as an under desk rack mount too:

Simple to print and mount 10" rack brackets to join some 10" profiles with M5 nuts and screws.

The main parts are these 2 brackets which hold the 10" profiles in place:

Just arrange them around the corners and you will get a sturdy frame:

If your project might require some extra strength, just add some more brackets in between:

I mounted the rack under my desk with some 20x20 aluminum profile angles and gained a tone of space on the desk were before all of these computers blocked a lot of space and it looked a lot like a mess all the time:

Hardware needed (for 4 brackets)

• 24x M5x16mm screw with rounded head

• 8x M5x35mm screw with rounded head

• 32x M5 nut

• Some 10" profiles

Printing instructions 

• 0.28 draft profile

• 5 perimeter walls and 5 bottom walls for extra strength 

• 25% infill

• Sequential printing output of the print files activated 

• Organic supports from the print bed needed

• No brim needed

• Optional: Fuzzy skin
