Description
A simple replacement/fix for broken parcel shelf clips on the Ford KA Mk2 (2008–2016).
I designed this part after the original clips failed and replacements were difficult to find. The model is made to be easy to print while still being strong enough for regular use in the car.
I have designed this in CAD and I'll leave STEP files for anyone who can do better.
There is two versions!!
One is smaller, it should in theory just click into place (Some trimming maybe required, mine shelf was broken so it was hard to measure
One is larger, which is what ive used, allowing more surface area to glue onto the shelf.
Material: PETG or ABS recommended
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Walls: 4+
Infill: 30–50%
Supports: Not required
Orientation: Print flat
Designed for Ford KA Mk2
Intended as a functional replacement part
PETG works well for flexibility and durability
ABS recommended if the car sees high interior temperatures
If you print one, post a make/remix.
