Description
Max bell size ~ 104mm x 47.5mm. Max thickness ~ 25mm.
Mounts to the wall with printed plate and screws, then just slide the housing on. Use double sided tape for the bell itself.
My print settings:
Printer K1max.
Filament: PETG
Layer height: 0.16
Infill: 20-30%
Wall count: 4
Supports: YES (no need for supports on the back, see picture)
Tops/bottoms: 6
Optional Fuzzy skin:
Paint fuzzy skin on the inside and outside side walls. Do not use fuzzy skin on roses for best result and the back face where plate will be inserted. Do not use fuzzy skin on the plate itself too for better fitment. . Printer has to be calibrated to get nice transition from fuzzy wall to smooth rose.
