Ironing (Lissage): Highly recommended on top surfaces for a smooth, premium plastic look.
Layer Height: 0.15 mm
Badge (Dual Color): Set a filament color change pause at Layer 11 to achieve the dual-color look ( verify depending slicer ).
Fastener (Safety Pin Slot): Set a slicer pause at Layer 15 to drop the safety pin into its designated slot before the printer seals it in.
Tolerances: The model is designed with specific clearances to ensure a snug, secure fit between the parts.
Finishing: A few drops of superglue (CA glue) will be required to securely bond the front badge to the back fastening system.
