General Technical Settings

• Adaptive Layering: Enabled to ensure the best possible surface finish.

• Infill: 80% (Recommended for durability).

• Supports: None needed.

• Ironing (Lissage): Highly recommended on top surfaces for a smooth, premium plastic look.

Specific Technical Settings

• Layer Height: 0.15 mm

• Badge (Dual Color): Set a filament color change pause at Layer 11 to achieve the dual-color look ( verify depending slicer ).

• Fastener (Safety Pin Slot): Set a slicer pause at Layer 15 to drop the safety pin into its designated slot before the printer seals it in.

• Customization: Open the 3MF files to edit and customize the text as much as you want!

Assembly Instructions

• Tolerances: The model is designed with specific clearances to ensure a snug, secure fit between the parts.

• Finishing: A few drops of superglue (CA glue) will be required to securely bond the front badge to the back fastening system.
