I've created two versions, one for single extruder and one for Multi color printers such as the Prusa MMU or the Mosiac Palette.

For the single extruder model pause the print and change colors as indicated.

Print the single extruder model at 0.2mm layer heights.

I usually, use this website to add the change filament (M600) command into my sliced gcode.

If you are printing with a Prusa MMU or Palette+ or similar in three colors the first color layer looks bad but it will finish nice. Some users have trouble when printing with low infill (15% or less) so try 20-25%.
