Description
Add true rotary machining capability to your Milo V1.5, V1.6, V2.0, Miley V2, and future machines in the Millennium ecosystem.
The Millennium Machines 4th Axis unlocks cylindrical machining, radial toolpaths, indexed operations, and full 4-axis geometry — fully integrated into MillenniumOS with no firmware hacks, custom forks, or workarounds required.
This paid beta gives you early access to the complete mechanical and integration package while we continue refining documentation and onboarding with feedback from real-world users.
What You Can Do
Create radial patterns and indexed features
Integrate directly with MillenniumOS using native RRF support
Note: Available machining strategies depend on your CAM package. Cylindrical machining and simultaneous “true” 4-axis toolpaths currently require the Fusion 360 Machining Extension.
Included in the Beta Package
Full mechanical CAD and design files
Plates
Brackets
Motor mounts
Integration guidance for both Milo and Miley V2
RRF firmware configuration templates for MillenniumOS
Fusion 360 and FreeCAD post-processor updates
Commissioning and tuning documentation
File Access
Some required file formats are not supported by Printables, so the complete package is hosted externally. A Google Drive link is included in the README provided with your purchase.
