Description
A space-saving, filament-efficient Gridfinity (4x1) storage solution for your loose RAM sticks!
Most RAM holders either store desktop memory (DIMM) or laptop memory (SO-DIMM), meaning you have to print multiple bins and waste valuable desk or drawer space. This combined holder stores exactly 3x Desktop DDR4/DDR5 sticks and 3x Laptop SO-DIMM sticks in a single, sleek 4x1 Gridfinity footprint.
Instead of a bulky solid block, this uses a "Skeleton" pillar design that looks great and saves a ton of filament.
Key Features:
Combo Storage: Holds 3x standard DIMM and 3x SO-DIMM side-by-side.
Skeleton Design: Minimalist pillars showcase the RAM while saving print time and material.
Easy Insertion Lips: The top of each slot features a slightly widened funnel/lip, making it super satisfying and easy to drop the sticks in.
Deep Grooves & Contact Protection: The side pillars hold the RAM deep securely, and a 1.5mm trench in the baseplate ensures the delicate gold contacts are protected and don't slide around.
Gridfinity 4x1: Fully compatible with the standard Gridfinity ecosystem (and HSW adapters).
⚠ Important Note about the included .scad file: I have attached the original OpenSCAD script used to generate the top skeleton structure for anyone who wants to tinker. However, please note that the SCAD script is NOT a fully parametric Gridfinity generator. The final .stl provided here was heavily modified and perfected in Fusion 360 to ensure the Gridfinity base perfectly matches standard tolerances. If you modify the SCAD file for different slot counts, you will likely need to merge it with a blank Gridfinity baseplate in your slicer or CAD software.
Print Settings:

Happy printing and organizing!
