Prusa CORE One ? (Mimic Skin)

I wanted to make a Mimic version of the CORE One long time ago (almost as soon as the printer was released) but the project was quickly replaced by others and was almost forgotten.

The "Skin" contest was a good opportunity to start over and make it better.

PRINT TIPS

Every parts are already oriented and optimized for the printer!

No support needed!

The model includes several parts:

• Gums (upper and lower) that come with their set of teeth.

  • Upper and lower gum requires 2 * 10x5mm magnets each

• Teeth

  • Teeth are meant to be glued in place.

  • I recommend setting the Z seam at the rear for the teeth.

• Eyelid (I use white tack to secure it in place without damaging the toolhead plate

• Eyes:

  • Eye full with no pupil is meant to be used as it is, and you can make layer color changes to make it crazy!

  • Eye + eye pupil (glued in place) to make it as I did on the pictures

• Plate L

  • You will need 4 to make it as on the pictures

  • It require 2 * 10x5mm magnet for each plate

• Plate S

  • Made to be placed at the bottom of the printer

  • You will need 2 to make it as I did

  • It requires 1 * 10x5mm magnet

• Plate Lock 1 

  • Placed in the door handle

  • Requires 1 * 10x5mm magnet

• Plate Lock 2

  • Placed on the side of the printer next to Plate Lock 1

  • Requires 1 * 10x5mm magnet

• Lock and Lock buckle

  • Glued together and placed in the plate Lock 1

• Pieces 1 & 2

  • Those are optional, it was meant to make a great picture and to mimic a chest

HARDWARE

To make the exact same Mimic as mine you will need

• Glue

• 16 * 10x5mm magnets

• All the printed parts (see above and in description of every part for the quantity)
