Description
MMW-1 Human Presence Sensor (Basic Edition)
The MMW-1 is a high-performance, compact housing designed for the LD2410C mmWave sensor and ESP32-C3 SuperMini. This design features a technician-grade internal stack and a magnetic mounting system for tool-less maintenance.
Electronics: ESP32-C3 SuperMini & LD2410C Sensor.
Magnets: 6x3 mm Neodymium Magnets.
Screws: 2x M3x4 mm Screws (to secure the protoboard).
PCB: Standard 2.54mm pitch protoboard.
PCB Preparation: Cut your protoboard to exactly 30x30 mm. This size is required for the board to slide perfectly into the internal guide rails.
The "Header-Lift": Use headers to lift the boards away from the protoboard. This creates a safety air gap for thermal management and prevents ghosting issues.
Magnetic Mount: The backplate is designed for a press-fit for 6x3 mm magnets.

Recommended Print Settings
Layer Height: 0.16mm (Critical for rail and magnet tolerances).
Wall Loops: 3 (Ensures the screw holes for the M3x4mm screws have enough "meat" to grab).
Infill: 15-20% Gyroid (Good strength for the magnetic backplate).
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA.
Support: None required. The internal rails are designed to print cleanly without support.
