The Defibrillator, a Mega XL Nerf Jolt

A Nerf Mega XL Jolt!  I saw the original, and thought, "big Jolt should fire big dart," so here we are.

Includes options for the grip knurling to be part of the grip, separate parts, or multicolor with an mmu or ams.

All parts are oriented for printing, many need supports.  

Grip, Grip Cap, Barrel, plunger rod, and plunger head should be printed as 100% walls.

For assembly:

The notch on the plunger head must face towards the back of the blaster, otherwise it will probably break.
The barrel will have to be glued to the grip, the trigger guard to the barrel and grip, and the half rival round to the plunger head.  If you print the knurling separately, it will have to be glued to the grip.

There are three differently toleranced versions of the masterkey/picatinny mount barrel.
 - Loose - 0.30mm
 - Medium - 0.20mm
 - Tight - 0.15mm
Note: not sure if the glued on barrel will hold up to being used as a pump grip on a springer, so this is a bit better suited to being a stationary masterkey.

Required hardware:

(5) M3 x 20mm screws
(1)  M3 x 16mm screw
(1)  M3 x 8-12mm screw (any length from 8mm to 12mm will work)
(7) M3 nuts
(6) M3 washers  (probably not absolutely necessary, but I put them on mine everywhere except the spring rest flare.)

(1) R-23 oring  (30mm I.D. 3.5mm section)

(12) coils of k26
(1) small spring for the catch

(½) rival round  (optional for padding the plunger head, tear out some of the material from the bottom with pliers so it fits on the plunger head better)

Slug SLYM oil (or your preferred oil/grease)

Superglue


Additional hardware for masterkey version:

(2) M5 x ≥12mm screw
(2) M5 nut
