Description
I have restored the old hollywood swing of my grand parents.
After i finished it, my girlfriend mentioned that a beer bottle holder would be a great idea.
So i designed a version, that can be easily mounted on any vertical shaft.
You just need 4 screws and 4 nuts and it will be clamped around the pipe.
The model was measured to fit tubes with an outer diameter of 34mm and bottles with an outer diameter of 70mm.
I printed the holders on my Bambu Lab P1S with the following settings:
Material: PETG-GF from Elegoo in White
Nozzle-Temp: 255°C
Bed-Temp: 70°C (Bambu Lab Textured PEI)
Support: Yes (tree)
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer Height: 0,2mm
Infill: 15% (3D Honeycomb)
Wall Loops: 3
Wall Generator: Classic
Bottom and Top Shell Layers: 5
Initial Layer Speed: 50mm/s
Outer Wall Speed: 200mm/s
Inner Wall Speed: 300mm/s
Infill Speed: 270mm/s
Travel Speed: 500mm/s
Fan Speed: 40%
Brim: No
Feel free to scale it matching your needs.
You can use any material, i just wanted to test PETG with glass fibre for the first time and i am impressed by the nice surface / finish.
The layer lines are almost invisible and the holder should be strong enough! :-P
I have added two models.
The first is only the simple model itself.
The second (bbl) is the model including some settings i have used in Bambu Studio.
Mainly i added some modifiers to the holder, to make sure the parts of it surrounding the holes will be printed massively, so i can keep the number of wall loops low but make sure when tighten the screws the holder will be not damaged.
