Recommended Print Settings
The following settings are recommended for the best balance of strength and detail:
Material: PETG (Recommended for excellent durability, impact resistance, and outdoor UV stability). PLA can also be used if preferred.
Layer Height: 0.15 mm (Optimal for capturing fine structural details and ensuring a smooth, snug fit).
Top/Bottom Solid Layers: 6 (Ensures rigid, solid top and bottom faces).
Infill Pattern: Grid
Extrusion Width: 0.4 mm (Standard nozzle)
Print Temperature: 238°C (Or according to your specific PETG manufacturer guidelines)
Bed Temperature: 85°C (First layer), 90°C (Subsequent layers)
Estimated Print Time: ~3 hours 36 minutes (Tested on Prusa i3 MK3S+)
